We are open, Monday thru Friday; 9am to 5 pm PST.


Viewing a Home:
1st, go by the home.. to get a feel for the area and neighborhood!
The listing will tell you if you can 'Peek in the Windows' or not..

Showing the home:
After you have gone by.. and want to see more, call me...
Showings are done by appointment after we have discussed the home and your needs on the phone..

Home are shown.. by appointment;
Monday thru Friday, Noon to 5pm.

After we make our arrangements, I ask that you call me 1 hour before the appointment,
No confirming call... no showing... everyone's time is valuable!! 


If the home is currently rented, I will need to consult with the current residents as well..


Rents & other factors: 
Often the listing show a minimum the owner is willing to discuss..
Many times the home may have rented for more.
This minimum is subject in part on an application & qualifications and other criteria.

So just like buying a home consider making a offer with an application
bearing in mind your budget, but knowing that there are most likely others interested as well. 

Homes for rent: 
If the home is listed, it is still available and open for applications.... don't be shy!
